How long does shipping take?
Shipping is handled by The Courier Guy and typically takes 2 to 4 business days.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, you are welcome to request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How can I track my order?
Delivery and shipping are handled by The Courier Guy. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link directly from their system. Please note that tracking is limited to The Courier Guy’s services and is not available through Chargo’s website.
